The complimentary technical support services are available to registered end-users of Aabel v3 series; please see the eligibility requirements below:
- Registering the product is a pre-requisite for accessing the complimentary technical support services; take a moment and register your product online if you have not already done so.
- The complimentary help with technical questions is primarily provided for a period of one year from the date of your license purchase.
Responding to Requests From Eligible End-Users:
- To provide a fair and quick response to technical requests submitted by eligible users regardless of their geographic locations, support requests will be addressed via e-mail.
