Kaplan-Meier Survival Probability Chart

Generic Survival Probability Chart

The generic survival probability chart is designed for plotting survival data from publications, etc. (see the right-hand side chart below).

Bland & Altman (Difference) Plot

The Bland & Altman plot compares two methods of measurement, or two paired variables. It provides a plot of difference vs. mean, in which the standard deviation of differences between measurements made by the two methods provides an index of the comparability of the methods (see the left-hand side chart below). A variation of the Bland & Altman plot that is generated as part of the paired t-test output displays the 95% CI of mean difference above and below the mean line (see the right-hand side chart below). For more information, see An Overview of Aabel Statistics.
