Aabel™ 2.4 and Aabel Stats SDK Release Information

November 14, 2007: Aabel™ 2.4 and Aabel Stats SDK 1.0

Gigawiz announces release of Aabel 2.4 and Aabel Stats Plug-in SDK 1.0; this allows users to write their own statistical methods/use Open Source code while using the services and technology that Aabel provides through the API.
Aabel 2.4 is the first plugin-enabled version of the application. Whether you are interested in writing your own plugin modules or not, we recommend all Aabel 2.x licensees to take advantage of this free upgrade to update to 2.4.

Aabel™ Stats Plugin SDK Information

Plugins are installed automatically in the Stats Analyzer and have the following abilities:

Can access the active pipeline
Can use charts and chart parameters as they appear in the corresponding version of Aabel's viewer interface
Can design graphic tables
Can generate new worksheets
Can create new pipelines and attach their own results to the new pipelines

In terms of a plugin interface, the plugin tells Aabel the types, titles, and number of interface elements needed. Aabel lays out the interface and implements the required messaging system.

Requirements

Mac OS 10.4.4.x or Leopard, Intel- or Power PC-based Mac, Aabel 2.4.x.
