The licensing model applied to Citrin 2 expands the commonly adapted educational license pricing to government and small business end-users, i.e., Citrin license types are divided into EDU/GOV/SB End-Users and Corporate End-Users. Please review Citrin License Types: Conditions and Eligibility.

Requirements for Ordering With EDU/GOV/SB License Pricing:

While ordering with EDU/GOV/SB license pricing, the purchaser MUST provide (i) the licensee's e-mail address at the qualified organization and (ii) the name & mailing address of the corresponding organization, in the Recipient Information part of the order form.

Facts About Citrin Licenses:

Citrin is NOT upgradeable.

Important Ordering Information

Payment options: Include credit and debit cards, invoice, check, money order, bank/wire transfer.
International currencies: Include US dollar, Euros, Pound Sterling, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish krona, Norwegian krone, Danish krone, Yen, Hong Kong dollar, Singapore dollar, New Zealand dollar, Rand, and Yuan Renminbi.

Note: A number of cards are only available in USD currency. For example, American Express is only available in USD currency as this is a requirement by American Express. The order page is dynamically updated with the available payment options based on the selected currency.

Order security: When you click the "Buy Now" button of any license type on this website, you will be directed to a secure server that encrypts all of the customer's personal information including the name, address and credit card information. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use personal information in an unauthorized manner. Credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a secure fashion, with no visibility to Gigawiz or anyone else.
Ordering online: Click the "Buy Now" button of the appropriate license type to enter the secure ordering site. Choose the number of licenses, payment options, etc. While ordering online, if you prefer to provide your credit card information by fax or use a payment option other than credit card, select the desired option in the order form and submit your order; the required information will be provided to you in your web browser once the order has been submitted.

US States Sales Tax: Customers from states whose regulations require collecting sales tax for downloadable digital products, including software, are subject to the applicable sales tax.

Requirements for Placing US Tax-Exempt Orders: In order to place a tax-free order, you are required to fax Regnow Customer Service a copy of your tax-exemption form and your billing address/information, PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER; upon receiving the appropriate documentation, they will place the order for you. If you require more information, call Regnow Customer Service (1-877-353-7297).

EU VAT: Pursuant to the European Union Digital VAT Directive, EU customers are subject to VAT on all downloadable digital products and services, including software. If you place an order on behalf of a VAT-exempt institution, provide the VAT-exemption ID in the appropriate field of the order form.

EDU/GOV/SB End-Users Include:

(a1) Educational institutions, their staff and currently enrolled students
(a2) Government organizations and government-owned agencies or state entities established to pursue non-profit objectives
(a3) Museums, non-profit organizations, and umbrella organizations established to pursue non-profit objectives
(a4) Private business entities with 50 or less employees in all sections/branches, regardless of geographical locations of their activities
(a5) Any individual who is not affiliated with organizations listed in (b1) to (b3) below

Corporate End-Users

Corporate End-Users Include:

(b1) Public companies including their branches, subsidiaries, and daughter companies, regardless of geographical location of their activities
(b2) Private business entities with more than 50 employees in all sections/branches, regardless of geographical locations of their activities
(b3) Research centers, labs, clinics, or other entities owned by organizations defined in (b1) and (b2) above
