EDU/GOV/SB End-Users Include:
- (a1) Educational institutions, their staff and currently enrolled students
- (a2) Government organizations and government-owned agencies or state entities established to pursue non-profit objectives
- (a3) Museums, non-profit organizations, and umbrella organizations established to pursue non-profit objectives
- (a4) Private business entities with 50 or less employees in all sections/branches, regardless of geographical locations of their activities
- (a5) Any individual who is not affiliated with organizations listed in (b1) to (b3) below
Corporate End-Users
Corporate End-Users Include:
- (b1) Public companies including their branches, subsidiaries, and daughter companies, regardless of geographical location of their activities
- (b2) Private business entities with more than 50 employees in all sections/branches, regardless of geographical locations of their activities
- (b3) Research centers, labs, clinics, or other entities owned by organizations defined in (b1) and (b2) above
