Order Security

• When you click the "Buy Now" button of any license type on this website, you will be directed to a secure server that encrypts all of the customer's personal information including the name, address and credit card number. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use personal information in an unauthorized manner. Credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a secure fashion, with no visibility to Gigawiz or anyone else.

US States Sales Tax

• Customers from states whose regulations require collecting sales tax for downloadable digital products, including software, are subject to the applicable sales tax.

  Requirements for Placing US Tax-Exempt Orders: In order to place a tax-free order, you are required to fax Regnow Customer Service a copy of your tax-exemption form and your billing address/information, PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER; upon receiving the appropriate documentation, they will place the order for you. EU VAT

• Pursuant to the European Union Digital VAT Directive, EU customers are subject to VAT on all downloadable digital products and services, including software.
• If you place an order on behalf of a VAT-exempt institution, provide the VAT-exemption ID in the appropriate field of the order form.

Software Delivery

Order processing and distribution of Gigawiz software products are through the international retailer Digital River, Inc. dba RegNow; their customer service will help you with any order-related problems you may have.

The software is provided via download:

• You will receive information electronically immediately after ordering!
• You will be able to download the product immediately after ordering!

• While ordering a Gigawiz software license, you have the option of adding to your order a backup CD, which is a service offered by Digital River, Inc. dba RegNow. Enquiries related to backup CD shipment should be directed to RegNow Customer Service.

Policies Regarding a Purchased License

• Upgrading: If the software is an update to a previous version of the software, (i) you must possess a valid license to such previous version in order to use the update, (ii) you may not transfer the previous version or copies thereof to another party or computer unless all copies of the update are also transferred to such party or computer.
• Products not refundable: Combining each copy of the software (identified by a unique serial number) with "machine identifier" for the user's computer is becoming a common practice in the software industry. However, we have not adapted such process, as it can burden the users. Accordingly, downloadable software is not refundable (as there is no way of knowing if one continues using the software after a refund has been issued).

• System requirements: The current requirements include Mac OS 10.4.11, Leopard, or Snow Leopard; Intel- or Power PC-based Mac; a color monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768.
