Customizing Chart Axis Attributes

Aabel provides numerous chart axis customizing tools. Features include (but are not limited to):

• Choice of linear or logarithmic scale, forward or reverse
• Different axis positions (e.g., following from the actual data min. and max. values, through zero, fixed position, floating axis)
• Control of the thickness, color, length and type of major and minor grids
• Control of the axis range and steps, and of where to start and end the first and last major ticks
• Numeric label settings (format, decimal places, use of leading zero, use of a prefix or suffix, etc.)
• Control of axis text properties and the position of labels (e.g., font properties, color, angle of labels, alternate positioning of labels, labeling intervals)
• Control of axis line thickness, color, anti-aliasing, etc.
